In my opinion, the version prior for you to Office 2007 was done ideal! All in all, it looks nice, but no truly added useful new functions to flock to obtain it right now.
I personally am still a big user of office 2007 professional. I feel people are likely to spend unnecessary upgrade money to search for the newest Shine, Word, Powerpoint etc.. I suggest waiting with the SP1, SP2 versions before you upgrade. In the meantime, I want to share some neat tricks in Office 2007 that you could not be aware associated with, I hope to assist you to get more mileage from your expensive software before you opt for yet another upgrade!
Here are some neat tricks that you could find them useful; they should help one to gain some productivity occasion back.
In all Office tools, do you know how you can apply a format painter to many place without clicking the format painter each and every time? Just click the formatting painter button twice before you start pasting the format.
In Excel 2007, if you have many tabs in the workbook, do you know the best way to get the full list of all the so-called existing spreadsheets? Simply right mouse click on the VCR button at the bottom left hand corner.
In WORD 2007, do you know the quickest approach to do a word matter? Use your mouse to decide on the section of the text that you are looking at, press Ctrl+Shift+G. Of course, once you have selected the written text, you can see words count on the lower left hand corner of one's word container. But the Ctrl+Shift+G offer you more information, for example, number of paragraphs, number of lines, and number of personas.
